July 4, 2026

This year marks a truly historic milestone as our nation celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States, also known as the Semiquincentennial or America250. At the same time, North Liberty celebrates 190 years as a town.
2026 will be a celebration to remember.

Parade Theme

Small Town America’s Birthday Bash
Parade begins at 2 PM
Community members, organizations, and businesses are encouraged to participate in this patriotic hometown celebration.

Fireworks

Evening festivities will kick off at 5 PM at the school grounds. Enjoy live entertainment from the DJ throughout the evening, followed by a fireworks show at dusk. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and settle in for a fun night of celebration with family, friends, and neighbors. 🇺🇸

Official 4th of July T Shirts
​The Town of North Liberty will be selling commemorative 4th of July T shirts to support the celebration. More details regarding design, pricing, and purchase information will be announced by the Town.
