NORTH LIBERTY COMMUNITY BUILDING
The North Liberty Community Building is newly remodeled to host your next function. We have 2 rental rooms plus a spacious kitchen. There is also ample parking with handicap accessibility. We are a non-smoking facility.
The Large Hall is capable of seating up to 300 people. It has a dimension of 48 x 84 ft. In the past 2 years we have added 38 - 5 ft. round tables. We also have 8 ft. long tables and chairs to fully seat the capacity of the room.
The Small Hall is capable of seating up to 50 people. It has a dimension of 24 x 48 ft. We have 9 - 6 ft. tables and chairs to fully seat the capacity of the room. The room is also carpeted.
The Kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, up-right freezer, and plenty of counter space. Also included, coffee makers and large sinks for easy clean-up.
Newly remodeled rest-rooms - handicap accessibility - women's bathroom has 7 stalls. Both rest rooms are VERY CLEAN!
The North Liberty Community Building is a great place to hold wedding receptions, graduation parties, anniversary parties, birthday parties, meetings, etc...
The North Liberty Community Building is located 3 miles west of the North Liberty Potato Creek State Park. The city of South Bend is just 15 miles to the northeast. It is 2 blocks southeast of State Road 23 and State Road 4.
